Re: Holiday Special

What a day! After being stuck with a cold/flu for 2 days, I was rescued by Ily, Saffy & V. They came to pick me up & I sat in D's trying to read my sunday paper to no avail. Fatima, a waitress was so nice, she was off the clock, but made me fresh coffee. Mario the server, kept babbling(he's so funny)& a poet, I discovered the other day. I was thinking of writing a Holiday Special with the interviews from Brent Ghelfi, Robert Gregory Browne, Mary Higgins Clark, Carol Higgins Clark, Hannah Reed, Elizabeth Sims, and a few others. These are all amazing writers and I think the Holidays are the perfect time to showcase their talent. It's amazing that sometimes no mater how popular a writer is there are still readers who haven't discovered his/her books. I still feel awful, but better than Friday, when this cold landed on me worse than a stream jet. I passed on my invitations to Chris. That is a big event that should be covered, with prestigious people attending, and the worthy who will win the coveted awards. the past week has been a flurry of restaurants with my Twinkle Toes, who should be writing the literature she is capable of. She has more talent in her little finger than most. I have been in a wake up/sleep/wake up/sleep schedule. I am not taking anything for this, will just sweat it out.
